  19.         This file describes a special registration offer for 4LOG.

  23.         During the initial beta testing  period for 4LOG you may register
  24.         for  $10,  rather  than  the  standard  $15  fee,  by  submitting
  25.         constructive  comments and suggestions  in writing, prior  to, or
  26.         with your registration.   This can be based on your own review of
  27.         any beta version.  In appreciation of your assistance during this
  28.         period, all registrations received on this basis will result in a
  29.         perpetual license covering all future  versions of 4LOG.  To take
  30.         advantage of  this special offer,  send your comments as  soon as
  31.         possible, then register  no later than July 31, 1991.  Of course,
  32.         comments  and suggestions  are  welcome at  any time  whether you
  33.         choose to register or not.
